Returns and Exchange Policy

At NURAIA, we value quality, conscious design, and customer satisfaction. Each garment is created with attention to detail, and our policies aim to protect both the product and your shopping experience.

1. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 8 calendar days of order receipt.

  • Exchanges can be made for size, color, or personal preference, subject to inventory availability.

  • The garment must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In perfect condition

    • With all its original tags and packaging

  • Only one (1) exchange is allowed per purchase.

  • The shipping costs associated with the exchange (return and new shipment) will be borne by the customer.

  • To request an exchange, you must contact us via email [info@nuraia.store], indicating:

    • Purchase date

    • Reason for exchange

    • Garment reference

2. Returns

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • If a return is approved, a store credit or voucher for the value of the garment will be issued.

The voucher: 

    • Will be valid for one year

    • Can be used for a future purchase

    • Garments must meet the same conditions described in the exchanges section.

3. Promotional Products

  • Garments purchased on promotion or with a discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • They will only be accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

4. Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

  • We offer a warranty for manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days after the purchase date.

  • The warranty only covers:

    • Seams

    • Zippers

    • Buttons

    • Finishes

  • It does not cover damage caused by:

    • Improper use

    • Incorrect washing

    • Not following care instructions

  • Alterations made by third parties

  • If the warranty is approved, we will offer:

    • Free repair

6. Order Errors

If you received an incorrect product or one with a defect attributable to the brand:

  • We will cover shipping costs.

  • The garment must be in perfect condition.

Since I was very young, I knew I wanted to create something of my own, something that truly reflected who I am. Nuraia was born as an idea while I was traveling. What was clear to me from then on was simple: it wouldn't be conventional. I wanted to create a clothing brand that went beyond fashion; a way to express values, identity, and consciousness.

This feeling of freedom doesn't always mean showing more, and femininity cannot be reduced to a single definition. From this understanding was born the desire to create inclusive garments, designed for women of diverse backgrounds to wear and feel confident, comfortable, and true to themselves.
