To make an exchange, the purchase invoice will need to be presented.

Conditions for making an exchange:

  • The exchange will be made for the original purchase value of the garment.
  • It is subject to inventory availability.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.
  • One (1) exchange per purchase is allowed.

Exceptions:

  • Products on promotion or offer can only be exchanged due to quality defects, not for size, color, or reference.
  • Products with manufacturing defects will be evaluated by our team.
